Repairs

Our jewelry is handmade with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We hope you will enjoy your jewelry for years to come. However, jewelry is inherently delicate. Please see our Serpentine Jewelry Design care guide for advice on keeping your jewelry in the best condition.

 If you should encounter the need for a repair, please contact us at info@serpentinejewelrydesign.com. Please reference your name, order number, item in need of repair and the repair issue. Serpentine Jewelry Design will repair any damage due to manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of the item at no charge. Repairs requested after 120 days from receipt of the item or deemed to have been caused by misuse will incur a repair charge. Any repair charge will be assessed on an individual basis and discussed with the customer.

We can only accept repairs for items purchased on serpentinejewelrydesign.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers should be returned through the original point of purchase.
