All items are handmade to order, therefore please allow up to 10 business days for orders to ship. If you need an order expedited, please contact us. Default shipping method is via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping fees will be calculated and added to each order. Expedited shipping can be arranged. Free local delivery is available by prior arrangement. Please email us at info@serpentinejewelrydesign.com to inquire, prior to placing order.

SALES TAX
All Washington state orders will be charged local sales tax.
RETURNS
All Serpentine Jewelry Design purchases are final.
REPAIRS
Serpentine Jewelry Design jewelry is handmade with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We hope you will enjoy your jewelry for years to come. However, jewelry is inherently delicate. Please see our Serpentine Jewelry Design care guide for advice on keeping your jewelry in the best condition.
If you should encounter the need for a repair, please contact us at info@serpentinejewelrydesign.com. Please reference your name, order number, item in need of repair and the repair issue. Serpentine Jewelry Design will repair any damage due to manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of the item at no charge. Repairs requested after 120 days from receipt of the item or deemed to have been caused by misuse will incur a repair charge. Any repair charge will be assessed on an individual basis and discussed with the customer.
We can only accept repairs for items purchased on serpentinejewelrydesign.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers should be returned through the original point of purchase.
JEWELRY CARE
All Serpentine Jewelry Design jewelry is handmade using a variety of natural materials. Due to the nature of these materials, they can be damaged from exposure to water, perfume, cologne, hairspray or lotions. Jewelry should not be worn while showering, exercising, sleeping, swimming or while in a sauna. Any of these elements can damage the beads or the cord upon which stretch bracelets are strung and can lead to future breakage. While not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing your items in their original Serpentine Jewelry Design muslin bag.
Serpentine stretch and mini-stretch bracelets should be ROLLED over your hand when putting them on or taking them off, rather than stretching or pulling at the elastic cord. Stretching or pulling the bracelet can weaken the elastic cord and over time may cause the bracelet to break.
